For stitching orders payment will have to be made in advance through Bank Transfer. Select your payment method at the checkout. Please provide WhatsApp number at the checkout.

We take great care in presenting the products accurately on our website. However, please be aware that actual colors, textures, and sizes may slightly vary due to factors beyond our control, such as individual screen settings and manufacturing processes. Stitched articles come with trousers tailored to match the unstitched trouser fabric provided. Please note that any appearance of shararas/ghararas in product images is for shoot purposes only unless otherwise specified in product details.

At Vogue Clothing Studio, we strive to deliver your orders efficiently and on time. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Standard Delivery
We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hours. Most in-stock items will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Your order will ship from one of our multiple warehouses across Pakistan, depending on stock availability. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive email updates and tracking details.

Logistical Adjustments
Occasionally, your order may need to be routed through our base warehouse in Karachi, which can extend delivery times by up to 10 days. We will notify you within 24 hours if this adjustment is required.

Forward Delivery & Stock Availability
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we offer a "forward delivery" service, where we arrange for the product to be restocked. In such cases, delivery may take 10-15 days. You will be notified within 24 hours if your order requires forward delivery, along with an estimated shipping timeline.

In the rare event that the item cannot be restocked, we will cancel the order and notify you within 24 to 48 hours of order placement.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are based on either the actual weight or the volumetric weight of the package, whichever is greater. The volumetric weight is calculated based on the dimensions of the packaging for each individual dress. These rates are determined by our courier partners and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Tracking & Updates
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.

1. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If your item arrived defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you may file a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

• Email vogueclothingstudio@gmail.com, with your order number, product name, proof of purchase, and a brief explanation (include photos or videos if applicable).
• Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
• Once approved, return the item via any reliable courier service within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted only with proof of purchase and when reported within the specified timeline.
• Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• We are responsible for returns only after the item reaches our warehouse.
• Approved returns may result in an exchange, store credit, or, where applicable, a refund (processed within 14–45 days).
• Refunds or credits cover the product cost only and exclude any shipping or stitching charges.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

1. Made-to-order or customized products
2. Return reported after 48 hours of delivery
3. Products purchased at a special discount or under promotional offers
4. Items that are used, washed, dried, stained, or damaged
5. Returns due to change of mind or personal preference

Vogue Clothing Studio reserves the right to decline a return or send back items that do not meet the above criteria.

4. Important Notes

• All successfully returned items can be exchanged or converted into store credit of equal or lesser value.
• In the case of faulty, damaged, or missing items, Vogue Clothing Studio will first provide the missing item or replacement, then offer an exchange, followed by store credit if deemed appropriate. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Vogue Clothing Studio.
• Vogue Clothing Studio is not responsible for color fading, bleeding, or print damage resulting from washing, ironing, or misuse.
• Store credit issued for returns will carry a validity period specified at issuance.
